Every Wellbeing Matters deployment is built on the same evidence-based framework, inspired by PERMA(H), but the way we deliver it shifts to suit who’s taking the evaluation, what your data warehouse needs, and how you prefer to pay. Pick the edition that fits your audience, layer the Power-Ups that match your goals, and we’ll handle the rest.
Each edition uses the same core science but tunes the language, the section set, and the dashboard for the people taking the evaluation. You can run multiple editions in parallel under a single portfolio.
A guided way to compareTap an edition, see what's measured, the delivery modes available, and every Power-Up you can layer in, at a glance, no pricing.
Launch explorer →The flagship edition. Full wellbeing measurement, inspired by PERMA(H), across Wellbeing, Psychosocial Hazards, Culture of Care, Civility, Economic Security, Spirituality, AI Revolution, Moral Injury and the new Quietly Cracking lens, which surfaces high-functioning burnout before it shows up in turnover. Designed for organisations running annual or quarterly check-ins on team wellbeing. Our Psychosocial Hazards module ships in a global version and, for our North American partners and clients, a Canadian-standard variant aligned to CAN/CSA-Z1003 (Guarding Minds @ Work / ISO 45003): the same instrument, reported against the Canadian National Standard.
Inspired by PERMA(H), tuned for the rhythm of university life. Same evidence base as @ Work, but the language reflects academic culture (semesters, research load, student-facing roles, tenure-track demands).
Inspired by PERMA(H), stripped of the workplace lens. Focused on personal flourishing: wellbeing, self-compassion, hope, optimism and meaning. Used by coaches, therapists and community programs running individual development.
A profession-specific edition acknowledging the wellbeing realities of veterinary practice: moral injury, compassion fatigue, exposure to euthanasia decisions and after-hours load. Same PERMA+ rigor, profession-specific language and benchmarks.
Inspired by PERMA(H), for elite and community sporting organisations. The full adult section set with sport-specific framing for performance, identity, transition and team dynamics. Cohort dashboards designed for performance directors and player welfare leads.
Age-appropriate wellbeing measurement, inspired by PERMA(H), for children. Visual face-scales, story-led prompts, slider response modes, and a playful runtime that keeps younger respondents engaged. Cohort insights are anonymised by default and surface to the school’s wellbeing lead. Optional 360 Power-Up brings parents, teachers and clinicians into the same picture. See “360 Foundry (Multi-Rater)” in the Power-Ups below. Optional Digital Wellbeing section captures how phones, social media and screen time are shaping how kids feel about themselves, their friends, and their world.
Inspired by PERMA(H), for adolescents and senior-school students. Maps friendship, identity, screen time, study load, and meaning-making in adolescence. Pairs with the Kids edition for full-school deployments measuring across age bands. Optional Digital Wellbeing section captures the impact of social media, phones and online life on student wellbeing. It is rewritten in student-appropriate language, with a wellbeing Impact matrix in the bank dashboard so school leadership can see which wellbeing pillars are most affected by digital strain.
PERMAH+ reframed for the realities of aging well. Measures Wellbeing (PERMAH+), the nine Amplifiers (Ability · Motivation · Psychological Safety · Emotional Resilience · Knowing Me · Inclusion & Belonging · Maintaining Purpose · Learning & Growing · Optimizing Health), Self-Compassion (Self-Talk · Mindfulness · Connection), Life Satisfaction, and State of Wellbeing. Optional Modifiable Risk Reflection captures the 14 Lancet-2024 dementia risk factors (hearing, smoking, hypertension, alcohol, obesity, depression, social isolation, physical inactivity, air pollution, head injury, less education, diabetes, untreated vision loss, untreated cholesterol) across past · current · future on a 14×3 matrix. Admins switch the section on per subscription. Designed for LiveWell residential programs, aged-care providers, third-age university programs, and family/friend supporter networks.
When a client’s deployment doesn’t fit a standard edition, we’ll author a bespoke variant tailored to their language, regulatory framing, dashboards, and downstream comms. We’ve shipped two so far: a Psychosocial Safety variant for a major Australian infrastructure services group (hazards-led evaluation aligned to the new WHS psychosocial-hazard regulations, heat-maps by Line of Business and Contract, EAP-aware respondent comms, offline-capable Card mode for fly-in fly-out workers), and The HEART Of Change Tool for The Change Lab (see the dedicated card below). The same approach is available to any client whose context calls for a custom edition: mining, defence, healthcare, education, faith-based, indigenous-community, or any other vertical.
A bespoke edition for organisations navigating change. Built on Dr. Michelle McQuaid’s HEART Framework: five evidence-based factors that help us regulate our nervous systems and create psychological safety during times of uncertainty: Honour Feelings · Engage Purposefully · Appreciate Strengths · Reach Out · Take Tiny Steps. The 7-page evaluation measures each factor across three tiers (Individual / Team / Workplace), surfaces the four-quadrant State of Change (Capable / Challenged / Unsettled / Vulnerable) on a Safety × Predictability matrix, and reports Change AMPlifiers (Ability / Motivation / Psych Safety / Self-Compassion) and Workplace Outcomes (Job Sat / Performance / Safety / Wellbeing) alongside a configurable general-population baseline. Individual respondents see their own HEART profile in their vault; admins see the cohort dashboard with State-of-Change distribution, factor-by-quadrant breakdowns, and a verbatim feedback feed with auto-redacted PII.

Every edition ships with the core measurement out of the box. Power-Ups turn on extra modules, AI-powered explainers, integrations, and white-label branding without rebuilding the platform underneath.
We offer three subscription term lengths plus a one-time option for short engagements. All four work alongside any edition and any Power-Up.
