Self-report is honest and incomplete. The people around someone, such as a team, a family or a care circle, see patterns the person themselves has stopped noticing. The 360 Foundry collects both and shows you where they disagree, which is usually the most useful number on the page.
A trusted person creates the subject and invites raters by link. In a school that is parents, teachers and peers; in a workplace, managers and colleagues; in aged care, spouses, adult children, nurses, doctors, carers and allied health. Same instrument, different circle, because "the people around you" means something different at nine than at eighty.
Peer results are aggregated with a redaction floor, so a subject can never work out who said what. Raters only answer honestly when they know they cannot be identified, and a 360 where people hedge is worse than no 360 at all.
