Finding out that people are struggling and then handing them a PDF is where most wellbeing programmes stop. The Coaching Foundry is the part where somebody can actually book time with a practitioner.
A public page listing the practitioners available to your organisation, with their photo, their background, what they help with, and a live calendar. It carries your theme and your logo, because a page that suddenly looks like a different company is a page people hesitate on.
Contracted practitioners sign in to see the sessions they delivered and the feedback written about them. They see their own, never a colleague’s. They also maintain their own profile, because the person best placed to describe a practitioner's work is the practitioner.
Session activity, per-practitioner engagement, usage against any complimentary allowance, evaluation scores from the post-session form, and the participants' own words, with consent tracked per question, so a comment written in confidence stays that way.
